- The explosion proof VFD has protection functions such as overload, short circuit, over voltage, under voltage, phase loss, temperature protection, leakage lock, etc., and is equipped with a 7 to 10 inch color display to display the status of each working condition in real time.
- This explosion-proof VFD adopts a three-level IGBT topological structure, which makes the output voltage waveform approach the sine wave, thereby increasing the output torque, reducing the motor noise and heat generation, and prolonging the service life of the motor.
- This explosion proof drive has the characteristics of small starting current, large starting torque and stable starting. It can realize the functions of asynchronous start, smooth speed regulation and soft stop of asynchronous AC motor under various load conditions, reduce the impact of electrical and mechanical starting, and extend the equipment. - Undervoltage protection: When the input voltage is lower than 85%Ue, the explosion proof drive undervoltage protection action and fault display.
- Short circuit protection: When any two phases of the output are short-circuited, the explosion proof drive should be able to protect the action when starting, and there is fault display.
- The acceleration and deceleration time are continuously adjustable: the acceleration and deceleration time of the frequency conversion speed regulating device should be continuously adjustable, and the upper limit value is not less than 60s.
- Frequency resolution: The output frequency resolution of the explosion proof drive is not more than 0.1Hz.
- Positive and negative sequence function: The explosion proof drive has the function of changing the phase sequence of the three-phase output.
