●HIGH EFFICIENCY,ENERGY SAVING AND CONVENIENT MAINTENANCE
Air end is directly connected with motor wothout center bracket,belt and pulley.Transmission ratio is 100%,and the efficiency is improced by 2-3% compared with asynchronous motor with the same specification.The motor is free bearing and oil seal.Motor bearing fault point can be eliminated,thereby saving cost,and reducing daily maintanence and repair.
●SIMPLE STRUCTURE,SMALL VOLUME AND LIGHT WEIGHT
Air end components of asynchronous one-piece screw machine are smaller than the volume of ordinary three-phase motor components by1/2,the weight is lighter than ordinary motor components by 1/3,and the whole machine is characterized by simple structure,small volume and reasonable design.The whole machine appearance dimension is prominently reduced,thereby increasing space utilization rate.
