Pre-cooler Working Principle

The working principle of the pre-cooler is refrigeration dehumidification to decrease the temperature.

 The compressed air will reduce its temperature by going through the evaporatexchange the heat with the refrigerant. Then it will let the gas oil water in the compressed air cool with the same pressure, it will be condensed into the liquid oil water with the dust. Finally the water vapoil mixture will be drained out from the refrigerant system by the automatic drainage. Here with to get the clean compressed air.
