Two Stage Screw Air Compressor for piling

Compared with the single-stage compression, the two-stage compression tends to be the most energy-saving isothermal compression. In principle, the two-stage compression can save more than 10% energy than the single-stage compression.

Using two-stage Compressor host, that is to say, two groups of screw rotors with different sizes are used to realize reasonable pressure distribution, reduce the compression ratio of each compression and reduce the heat generated in the compression process.

According to the working principle of compressor, isothermal compression is the most energy-saving.

Lubricating oil spray cooling is used between the two stages of compression, which has high cooling efficiency. Isothermal compression of the main road reduces the compression power consumption.
